| About COIDAtrain
COIDATrain is based in Pretoria and is headed up by Mariana de Langen Wendels, who worked at the Department of Labour: Workers Compensation Commissioner for nearly 25 years.
Her career history began in1972-1976 and resumed in 1985 as a senior administrative clerk. In 1992 she was promoted to Section Supervisor of the Tariffs section. Five years later, Mariana was promoted to Section Manager, which she managed for 7 years. Her next 5 years included training; sharing her knowledge and experience with Labour Centers, employer forums, government departments and the medical sector.
It was at this time that Mariana realised that the information on the COID Act is not being transferred to all corporations, including the small to medium businesses. It is because of this gap in education of the Act that Mariana is providing professional on-your-premises training.
As part of the training programme, COIDATrain provides up to date information on the ACT, a comprehensive training manual and a certificate. |
